1. About VoltMate
VoltMate is operated by VoltMate EV, ABN 58 675 419 563. Contact us at support@voltmate.app.
2. Account and vehicle access
You are responsible for your VoltMate account and must only connect Tesla vehicles that you own or are authorised to monitor. Unauthorised monitoring is prohibited.
3. Subscriptions
Consumer subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchase. Cancellation, renewal, and refund handling follows Apple's subscription rules. Fleet pricing may be handled through customer-specific arrangements where applicable.

5. Tax and compliance records
VoltMate helps users prepare mileage, charging, and fleet records for ATO workflows. VoltMate does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing records and seeking professional advice for their circumstances.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not bypass entitlement checks, abuse APIs, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not use VoltMate to monitor a vehicle without consent.
- Do not resell VoltMate data or use the service unlawfully.
7. Availability
We aim to keep VoltMate reliable, but the service may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, network failures, Tesla API limitations, or platform changes.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VoltMate is provided without guarantees that every vehicle event, trip, charge, or tax calculation will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
